Full Time experienced Secretary/Administrator for high end Estate Agency located in central Norwich.

Monday to Friday     9am to 5.30pm

Office following Covid guidelines.

The ideal person will preferably have previous Estate Agency experience and be happy working within an established, proactive team offering an extremely professional service at all times.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone. The successful person must have the ability to liaise with other staff members as well as clients in a polite manner.

This position requires the Secretary/Administrator to be:-

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Polite and well presented
  • Have a good command of the English Language
  • Work well under pressure remaining unflustered at all times
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and keep on top of the workload
  • Able to manage diaries, keep accurate records and keep staff and clients updated
  •  Carry out general office duties
  • Be fully confident using computer systems, fully IT literate and familiar with audio typing.
