Full Time experienced Groundworks Site Supervisor required to join an expanding, bespoke construction and engineering company who undertake diverse projects from small 2 day steel and concreting works to large-scale 6 month developments.

The role will involve all aspects of commercial and industrial groundworks including, drainage and concreting and requires the successful person to have extensive experience with great attention to detail. Someone who will take a very hands-on approach and have the ability to successfully lead a team , take responsibility for the task and use their initiative to problem solve. You will also be required to liaise with the Project Manager and complete all on site H & S paperwork.

The majority of works is centred in Essex and surrounding areas but as the company cover areas further afield, travel and stays away will be required on occasion.
