Full Time Experienced Grounds Manager required for beautiful country property with 30 acres located near Halstead, Essex.

This position requires the following:-

Estate Security

General Grounds Maintenance

Maintenance and security of all plant and equipment on site

Seasonal planning of planting/pruning(help at peak times)

River and Lakeside maintenance

Maintaining the new miniature railway and stock

Planning for new projects

Managing and assisting contractors on site

Occasional interior household maintenance and decoration

Occasional driving for the family

Some experience of Power take Off machinery from a tractor would be useful.

Use and care of large garden machinery including ride on mowers, chain saws etc required.
